McIntosh did the spring maintenance today. I use them for all my A/C repairs and maintenance and they are always prompt, courteous, and very professional.

We have used McIntosh Heating & Air Conditioning for all related needs, major and minor, for many many years, even back to while Bill McIntosh still owned the business. Tim & Diana and crew are always prompt/responsive (same or next day service), knowledgeable, personable, and efficient in handling whatever the issue might be at the time. We recommend them highly!

We had a compressor failure on one of our heat pump units, and Tim and the crew at McIntosh Air responded quickly to assess the situation. They recommended replacing the unit, rather than repairing it, which was great advice. If you're considering a Trane unit, I recommend Tim and McIntosh Air.

We have used McIntosh since we bought out townhome in 2016. We like the service they provide at a reasonable price.

I have a bi-annual maintenance contract with McIntosh Air. Recently, I had a clogged drain line that needed clearing rather quickly. I called them after hours and left a message about my concern. Within 10 min, the service rep called to set an appt for the following day. My issues was resolved as promised. The service guy was on time, was professional, and answered my many questions. Diane, who runs the office, always returns my calls promptly, too. I highly recommend McIntosh! They know how to run a business and customer service is a priority😁
