They promptly came out to my home in Horseshoe Bay and diagnosed the problem, then communicated with me quickly what my options were. Tim and his employee Danny, are professional and courteous. I strongly recommend them if you need service on your air conditioning/ heating unit. Five ⭐️’s.

Always prompt and professional work, and very customer friendly attitudes from staff to management. They recently squeezed us in for an emergency weekend repair during one of the cold snaps that saved us from having to suffer through the freezing weather. Recommend them highly.

John McCallJanuary 8, 2024Discovered a glitch with the auxiliary heating system. Tim came out and did diagnostics from thermostat to the system and determined that it had been mis-wired. Thankfully it was a small fix but Tim could not have been nicer and we discussed some other, future upgrades to system and ductwork. I will definitely call on Tim in the future.
